Activity of the Center

To achieve the objective and provide efficient, post effective and relevant training, the CED is engaged in following activities:

A.  TRAINING WITH PURPOSE 

I. EDPs for First Generation Entrepreneurs 

•            Agricultural Sector EDPs

•            Service Sector EDPs

•            General EDPs

 II. MDPs for Established Entrepreneurs

•              Skill Upgradation

•            Human Resource Development

III. Workshop/Seminar on Emerging Entrepreneurial Environment, Opportunities and            Problems .

Relevant Themes in Contemporary Scenario are: -

ü      Art of starting up
ü      Adaption in a Changing Business Environment 

B. CONSULTANCY

                                Consultancy services is being provided to entrepreneurs to solve various problems relating to setting up of new enterprises or reviving sick units.

 C. RESEARCH 

                        The Centre undertakes the research on all concerned area of entrepreneurship development in the state like identification of the potential entrepreneurs, problems relating to entrepreneurship development and suggest remedial measures, etc. 

The Centre is also maintaining the data bank, which provide useful and relevant information to the entrepreneurs.  

D. PUBLICATION 

                        To disseminate knowledge an information on issues related to entrepreneurship, the Centre is planning to bring out a quarterly newsletter.  It also proposed to bring out a journal on Entrepreneurship Development in times to come.
